Does anyone own Region X/Region Free for PS2??

I found this at Banzi Anime.com and it says it turns a Playstation 2 into a Region Free player.

Anyone own it and have good experiences with it?

I dont own it, but I have a game shark I bougt at BB (~$30) and it lets you chose which region to play back DVDs in.

Yeah, think so. It was the only one they had for PS2.
