Is that an actual commercial they've been playing on TV (hence the opening and ending X)? It looks great, but I'm not sure I've heard of that game at all, mighta seen a few screen shots though. Looks like fully destructable environment. That's my kinda game. Hope it turns out well.

The game was just officially announced, so the news and buzz are just starting.

Mebbe so, but isn't Tekki the one that requires a 300 button controller?

Yes. From Gamespot:

"Tekki will also make use of a special controller that has around 40 buttons, switches, and dials, two flight sticks, and three pedals."

It's all about the realism.

tekki is capcom's mech game. mech designs seem much more realistic IMO. i know, i know... mechs aren't real. but tekki's take on mechs seems realistic & not just the graphics. the mechs are much bigger and slower. and the controls look more complex.

i don't have an xbox, but this game has me drooling for one.
