i haven't ordered from them often infact only 4 times since they've been around but everytime i do i reget it. only good experience i have had with them was on the twinpeaks season misprice that also came 3 days before release.

but if you live in PA, you get screwed royally. not only are their prices not that great, but their shipping is high and then on top of that if you live in PA you get taxed. and what do you get for the high price, high shipping, and tax? they ship it from FLORIDA!

while this aspect has bothered me before it's crossed my mind again since donnie darko is still not here, granted it only came out on tuesday but i would expect for everything i'm paying that i would get it on release day or atleast the day after, it's not like i sprung this order on them it's been sitting there since the Heist misprice which i also have to deal with. sent an email about that last week and still haven't heard back. sigh.
