I am angry and here is my story with numberslate.com

Joined the 'two week free trial' on 3/9/02

First movie came on 3/16/02, a week later. I returned the dvd, and they confirmed
the return today(3/21/02). So this part is fine.

2nd dvd never arrived!(even up to today 3/21/02).

I was unhappy with my experience, reported dvd lost and cancelled my membership on 3/18/02.

Surprise!! My credit card was charged $13.95 today, 3/21/02. Worse, the date of sale marked on my credit card bill is 2/25/02. Technically, I have up to 3/23/02 for my so-called 'two week free trial'.

All I can say at this point is fraud, and am feeling plenty angry.

I dealt with Netflix and am currently with Rentmydvd. No problem so far with more than 50 dvds rented from those two .com's combined. Feel plenty happy.

follow up

Numberslate.com today(3/23/02) responded to my email, and also refunded the money.

I am feeling ok now. It's quite an experience for me.
