Best Buy Pre-Orders?

Does anyone know how soon Best Buy ships out pre-orders? I ordered VF4 from their web site since I had a coupon, but it doesn't look like it's going to ship this week. My order status is 'processing'.

It's in their stores but they can't ship to people who pre-ordered it?

If I call their toll-free number, I get a busy signal.

I recieved WWF Raw a week and a half later. :( but ohwell I used a coupon too. :)
