Some opinions don't need elaborating. I assume you like these albums. Look, I'm all for bands evolving and "experimenting", but this was a bit much. Most if not all of the tracks on both albums sounded like something they churned out in an hour. To me, it was nothing but a bunch of noise. And it left me cold. I certainly hope that they return to the passionate music that made me like them in the first place.
