Today's CDs (3/5)

Breeders -- Title TK

This album came in today. I'm only on the second track so far, but it definitely sounds like Pod, which is all that I could hope for, really.

And hopefully the upcoming Gomez album should be in my hands later today.

Yeah! I'm also listening to Satanic Majesties' Second Request today. Great album. Great band. I love Anton. What a rock star should be.

Oh my God. Rock and roll is back. You've gotta give this album a spin.

Absolutely - I just recently discovered the joy of Brian Jonestown Massacre. For some reason, I always thought they were a bad hard rock band - that is, until I actually gave them a listen.

Phantom Planet
Jimmy Eat World - surprised me in that these guys can actually write a tune, interestingly the first track "Bleed America", the one that gets played to death on the radio is not the strongest track on the entire album
