Will Best Buy price match J and R music?
Will Best Buy price match J and R music? There is a receiver I want to get. J and R has it $100 less than Best Buy. Will Best Buy match other online stores?

I hate to answer my own question, but I did not see this at first. From the Best Buy site:
Online Price Guarantee
At this time we do not have a price match guarantee. However, if you purchase an item online or at an in-store kiosk and choose in-store pick up, and the item is offered at a lower price when you pick it up, you will be charged the lower price.

DVD Talk Gold Edition
But this begs the (hypothetical) question, would Best Buy match the price in the NY metro area, since J&R is a bona fide B&M (asuming that their retail price is the same as their catalog price)?

I'm not sure that this has anything to do with price-matching from other etailers/stores: the way I read it, if you order something on line from them, with an in-store pickup, and the item is on sale when you actually get there to pick it up, they'll be real nice and let you have it for the sale price. Wow....
