Too high black level on Samsung LD player
Hopefully, there are some LD fans out there...
My old Samsung DVK-500 LaserDisc player tends to display a fairly elevated black level. Do any of you guys know if there's an easy way to tweak this without having to hand it over to a specialist?

See, I don't like the idea of having to adjust brightness, contrast etc. each and every time I watch a LD. And then back again.
But thanks for your reply, anyway :-)

Thanks. Well, the menus on this particular model are pretty scarce, next to totally absent, actually. But there may be some possibilities inside the player, a pot meter or so. Haven't dared opening it yet...
I will check this out.
