Remote Control that can operate both IR and UHF devices

I have a Dish 501 satellite receiver which has an UHF remote. Anyone know of either a remote which can operate both IR and UHF devices or any IR signal to UHF translator that can operate a Dish receiver?

I have the Dish 501 remote but would love to consolidate all remote functions to a single control.
