it's one of those screen magnifying lenses. it looks like a 4:3 ration plastic screen w/ concentric circles. i think you can get those at stores for old people supplies or stores for disabled persons.

you build a black box that would be attached to the tv, computer, or something.

Do a search here for 100" TV, and you should come up with some info on this subject as well as links to sites with this info for free.

Basically this is a magnifying systems that requires an old TV as a source. To be frank it is complete junk, and not worth your time.
