Awesome! I was just listening to the Eels Beautiful Freak in my car to and from work today and was wondering when they'd have a new album out!

Also glad to hear about the new Jars Of Clay CD.

Hmm... out of that little list, the only ones I'll downl..., I mean buy, yeah, that's right - buy, are Neil Young and Eminem (and I usually don't like rap, heck, for the most part I hate it, but he cracks me up).

Souljacker was released in the U.K. several months ago. You can get it now through amazon U.K. That's where I got my copy.

These are the ones I'm interested in. The last two go against my normal listening patterns, but I really liked the first "Bacdafucup" and Kracker's "Double Wide".

Honk!

Unlike the Limited Edition 2 Disc UK edition of the Eel's "Souljacker", the 2 Disc US version has an exclusive song called: "Rotten World Blues"

March 19th is also the release date for the new Super Furry Animals album: "Rings Around the World" on CD and DVD! Unlike the UK version the US edition will be a 2CD release with hopefully some exclusive songs, along with the b-side songs which were on the UK singles.

Does anyone have any information whatsoever about Len's new release? I'm a fan, but cannot confirm the new CD beyond tihs thread.

Me'Shell's album will be released June 4, 2002.

Also, Soul Hooligan's "Music Like Dirt" is due May 21, 2002.

I have the same question. According to the thread, it's supposed to be released next week, yet I can't find it on any site for preorder.

UNCLE TUPELO has "89/93: A Retrospective" released on March 19.

I just got it and it has 21 remastered tracks including b-sides and rarities. A sticker and a nice booklet with a lot of info and new pictures.

Very cool for fans of Son Volt, Jay Farrar, Wilco, Jeff Tweedy and the like.

Just in case any of you were wondering whether the new Goo Goo Dolls album is worth getting I have a review of it up here:

http://www.culturedose.com/review.php?rid=10002901

CD is available on the 9th. In case you don't want to read the review I gave it 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
