Different versions of Hard Boiled?

I picked up a used Winstar (2000) edition of John Woo's HARD BOILED. Can someone tell me the differences between the Criterion HARD BOILED and this one? Are the differences worth the high price I'm seeing asked for the Criterion (which I assume is OP)? And are there any other versions besides the Winstar and Criterion releases? Thanks.

Basically, keep your Winstar and keep your money. Maybe they'll revisit this somewhere down the road. But Winstar's transfer is just as good as the Criterion DVD.
