This comes up all the time, so you could just do a search on this forum for "traceroute" and then do a (edit...) find on the first result (well, the first result that isn't this thread) for the word "type."

AARRGGHH...it took me like 5 or 10 minutes just to load <i>this</i> thread. Oh well. I'll be leaving work soon anyway...hopefully my connection speed will be better Monday.

It has been really slow for me too. Other sites are loading fine. The banner at the top usually loads OK, but the rest of the page takes quite a while, if it ever loads.
