What teenie-bopper pop singers/groups do you recommend?
I'm looking for the names of singers/groups that record "teenie-bopper" pop music like A-Teens, Leslie Carter, Jump5, etc. Real up-beat stuff that's fun and lyrics that are especially clean.
Any recommendations?

Aaron Carter for kids 4 - 12 years old
All the others "new" acts haven't really caught on yet (based on the musical taste of my nieces and nephews) cept for established acts like Britney or NSync. They do like a cd called Kidz Pop or something like that. It popular new recordings of pop hits sung by kids.

Another vote for Steps - sadly split up just recently. Great cheery tunes. Hooked on to them when they did a mini show on the Disney Channel a couple of summers ago.

Mandy Moore's "So Real"
Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time"
M2M (I don't know the album name but their hit song was "Mirror Mirror")
80s
Debbie Gibson "Out of the Blue"
For the even younger crowd there are the group Dreamstreet and of course Aaron Carter, in which my little cousin is in love with.

Bellefire. Four girls from Ireland. I don't think the full album has been released in the US yet.

New Kids on the Block
Where are they? They put Boston on the map! I am currently listening to their 'Step by Step' album and bouncing up and down in front of my computer. Where have all the good musicians gone? Those were the days. Give me a copy of 'Hangin Tough' and Debbie's 'Electric Youth' and life is heaven!

I don't know what happened to them, but there's a guy who looks like he could be Donnie's twin who acts on that "Boomtown" show that was just cancelled. I crack up thinking about it.

Check out Ozma. A couple of their songs may be 'boring' for you kids. But everything is mostly upbeat. I don't recall hearing any adult themes, or bad language. Great music, too!
If you want to sample a song (with, dare I say, Kazaa), check out "Rocks". Go to http://www.ozmaonline.com/ for more cool stuff.
