DVD Empire order not showing up on website

DVD Empire order not showing up on website
I ordered "A View to a Kill" yesterday at dvdempire.com. I did receive an email confirmation that they received the order. Later, I got a shipping confirmation stating the item shipped.
However, when I check my order history, this order is not on there at all. I am quite confident that it did ship. Has anyone else's order not shown up before?

It should be in your account but you just need to know where to look. When you log into your account click on either recent or open order links. Look in the upper right hand corner for "Change View." Click on the drop down box and look for "All Orders." Should find what your looking for there.
