I'm looking for a new tv for my dorm room. I can spend about $400 on it, but I would prefer to spend less. Because of space limitations the tv has to be 20 inches -- but I might be able to go a little bigger. Right now I'm looking at the Toshiba 20AF41 and the Sony KV-20FS12. I was told the Toshiba was the better tv by the guy at Best Buy even though it was cheaper than the Sony.

Any advice? Would you go for the Sony or the Toshiba, and why? Also, if you know of any other models that you feel are better, could you please recommend them? Thanks a lot.
