How are the BMX games (Mat Hoffman, Dave Mirra)?

Has anyone played them? How do they rank against the Tony Hawk games? Also, which console are they best for? Thanks!

I like Matt Hoffman BMX for Dreamcast, pretty fun and alot like Hawk. I dont like Dave Mirra's much at all. Just didn't think it was as fun as Hoffman.

I have both for the DC and Mirra imitates Tony Hawk while Hoffman is actually using the same game engine.

The controls on Matt Hoffman are smoother and it has a killer soundtrack.

I've been playing Mirra 2 on Ps2 - really tight. The game is much more detailed for its genre compared with the original Tony Hawk on 64. I definitely recommend it, lots of fun. There are so many areas to go and play around in, quite a good game.
