EBay auction of Genny Side Pocket question

I've been clearing out tons of old stuff on eBay and while I am truly amazed at what stuff goes for on there (I've sold new DVDs for more than you could buy then for by just going to Amazon!), this one has me stumped.

I sold a copy of Side Pocket, the Sega Genesis pool game, and it closed for $22..is this a rare item or is there something about this game I don't know about? Or just an eBay fluke?

Some Genesis games like Toe Jam and Earl and certain Phantasy Stars still bring $50.

As a rule of thumb old pool games always go for more due to limited production.

The NES one was pretty rare too.
