With less than a week left, I'm just reminding everybody to get your votes in. I received quite a bit of votes but could use some more. Here's the letter below with instructions:

With EGM's release of their Top 100, there's been much debate over all of this. So from now until the end of the year, we're going to see what you the people think.

Everybody is going to get to vote for their favorite video games of all time.

Please send me your list of what you think are the Top 10 video games of all times. Each vote will get a certain number of points, for example, number 1 vote is 10 and number 10 vote is 1. I will accept and tally these votes until December 31st and release the information sporadically to see how the voting's going.

The final result shall be posted on the newsboards and on a geocities webpage, I'll make later.

So now's your chance to get your votes in. Please send your Top 10 games voting to [email protected]
Please list your votes from 1-10. Name the game, the video system and you can put down a quote if you wish. If the game is a multiplatform game like Tetris, please make note of that. Also, if you want to add your name with your quote, please do.

PLEASE only one vote per person. All duplicate votes will be thrown into the trashbin. Votes will be accepted from now until December 31st at midnight central time.

.....And please spread the word around so we get a good sample of the population.

I sent my list yesterday, and I regret not putting a puzzle game on the list since I think puzzle games are one of the most important since they often bridge the gap between male and female gamers, and bring a lot of new gamers into the market. I probably should of added Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo. All well hopefully others added them to there list. Thanks again for organizing the list.

in close running: metal gear solid, bust a move (snes), golden eye, mortal kombat II, super mario bros. 3 or super mario all-stars but would that count as just one game?, kirby's adventure, super mario kart, plus much more.
