Super Smash Bros Players, how many trohpies do you have?
I'm at 228 right now...with about 35 more to go in just "character" trophies for Adventure/All Star modes.
So, what about you guys?

I'm alomst at 100, but I only have about 15 hours of playtime racked up... and only beat the game with 2 characters so far... guess I should get to work.
Does anyone know exactly how the coins work? What makes it give you more or less?

I think the better you play a match or do the races, the more coins you get. I have about 180 trophies, but I beat Classic with all the normal and unlocked characters I have. Still doing Adventure though.

I have around 180 trophies right now. My favourite though is the ducks from Duck Hunt. I'm just hoping there is also a trophy of the dog from the same game.
I also keep checking to try to rent Pikmin - not only because the game looks like a lot of fun but it also gives you a SSB:M trophy.

this is cool 
I've gotten to the point now, where Ihave all the characters,and most of the stages unlocked, and I just keep playing to get more trophies

Oh, you're right. Well, I know that they had 289 or 290 when I last saw them, so I'm sure they've got 'em all by now. I know they thought there were probably 300 as well when they were playing (didn't look at a FAQ).
