Question about the Monkey Island series
I just picked up The Curse Of Monkey Island (really cheap), and it included the first 2 games in the series as an added bonus.
Now, I played the first Monkey Island years ago and remember voice acting, but neither 1 or 2 have any voice acting, just text.
Is my memory failing me, or did LucasArts just get cheap and include non-voice versions as a freebee?

I could have sworn the Sega CD version of the first Monkey Island had voices, but I don't know about the PC version.
My disc got ruined years ago, so there is no way for me to check.

That would be correct.....I was not too impressed with the PS2 Monkey Island game this year. Not sure if it is me or if the game was truly lacking something. I loved the first three....

Monkey Island is probably my favorite PC series of all time, ever since I got the first game for my birthday right after it came out.
However, I have yet to buy the fourth game and I was wondering: has anyone played both the PC and the PS2 versions? Are there any differences? If so, which is better?
I want to make sure I get the absolute best version of the game.
