Any DC games allow/encourage you to damage and destroy your opponents' cars? Pedestrians? Etc.

I have a taste for these types of games as well

Demolition Derby --just a smash em up racer with all sorts of modes really an underrated DC title, soundtrack doesn't even suck

The whole vehicles with weapons genre is much more widely represented
Vigilante 8
Star Wars Demolition (vigilante 8 redux)
Red Dog
Alien Front Online (Like Carmageddon in the crushing of pedestrians category, fun game too!)

Crazy Taxi also has the pedestrians diving out of the its funny though)
Super Runabout features this as well
There are other titles I am forgetting
Demolition Racer is probably your best bet of the ones I listed.

I have Crazy Taxi. The fact that the peds run out of the way is the problem.

Thanks for the tips -- I'll check out Demolition Derby,

Try a game called Super Runabout: San Francisco edition for the Dreamcast. It's quite alot like Crazy Taxi, but, you get points for destroying objects. There are 2 scenerios to choose from: A delivery service trying to make ends meet or the police department. There are tons of various missions, but in each you get money for destroying objects along the way. There are tons of cars as well as hidden vehicles to open such as tanks, the Men In Black car and so on. It's a great game for simple destruction as well as focused gameplay.

I believe Grand Theft Auto 2 was released for the Dreamcast but it's not easy to find. You can definitely run folks over in that one.
