I need help identifying this song from ~1997, sounds like an Irish folk song, but...

It was played on MTV and on all the radio stations. All I know is the tune of how it goes, and not the words. I can remember that it sounded somewhat Celtic or Irish (is there a difference)? It could have possibly been on like Dawson's Creek for all I know!

The video could have been something described as "dreamlike", with vivid colors. In fact, Dave Matthews' Crash Into Me reminds me of the type of video I THINK it was.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about, and if not, maybe a good place to look?

Don't know if there was a video made for this, and your description could be any number of songs, but try "Sleepy Maggie" by Ashley MacIsaac.

That's what I was gonna say.

The radio version is very different than the album version. Both are really cool, though.
