Switchouse.com ad banner not working
There's an ad banner advertising their $5.99 DVD Sale and it has the South Park kids on it.
Anyway, I click on the banner and the page loads inside the ad banner space instead of spawning a new pop-up. It's done this on three separate occassions.
I'm using IE 5.0 on the Windows NT platform.
