what do y'all think about them? i just heard let the bodies hit the floor via an email about the taliban and thought it was a kickin song so i checked out some of their other ones. i saw that someone here was going to go to a concert where they played and i was curious what they thought of their performance. i like their heaviness but the fact taht they still play music rather than just screech loudly like slipknot and others. any thoughts on them? thinking of adding their cd to my christmas list.

dear lord I hate this "song." The first time I heard it, it was playing in the gym, and I remember wanting to smash the speakers. It also plays in its entirety in the movie "The One."I didn't know the name of the band who sings it, but now I have a name with which to associate my hate. The lyrics to this particular song are repetitive and annoying, and the so-called musicians cannot sing.
Anyone can learn to play a few chords on a guitar and yell these profound lyrics as accompaniment:
1. nothing wrong with me
2. nothing wrong with me
3. nothing wrong with me
4. nothing wrong with me
1. something's got to give
2. something's got to give
3. something's got to give
let the bodies hit the floor
let the bodies hit the floor
let the bodies hit the floor
I would hate to know I had to sit through one of their concerts.

I can see how people wouldn't like it, as it is repetitive, however it was designed that way, it's an anthem of sorts, an outlet for aggression, simple and to the point. Quite catchy, well written from a marketing stand-point.
I think that they wrote that song to sell albums, and it worked cuz they sold a ton of em' when that song was popular a couple months back.
