Do video games ruin TVs

I was wondering if running the Xbox on my 32" Wega will actually ruin the tv - (burned image or something)?
Thank you.

I haven't heard about video gaming ruining a tube TV like it does a RPTV. You should be fine.

Unless you leave the same game running for days with a static image on the screen and the brightness cranked, you should never have a problem. Most modern games don't have the same sort of static screen problems that the classic games do.

Rest easy, krazeace. Your VVega is in good hands.
