Am I the only on not too thrilled with Crazy Taxi?

I bought this game for my Dreamcast because I had heard it was hella-fun, but I just find it rather boring so far. Maybe I need to give it a while, since I'm not very good yet, but I don't know. I just find myself getting bored with it very quickly. Pick someone up, drive around, drop them off, pick someone else up...

It doesn't help, I think, that the courses are very limited. I'm driving the same places all the time. IGN picked this as one of the top twenty best Dreamcast games. I'm sorry, I just don't get it. Feel free to disagree with me.

I love the game! The fun things the people say, the music, the whole driving around thing. I played it for hours and hours. Although now with games like GTA3, Crazy Taxi seems a little limited. You can play Crazy Taxi in GTA3. But I didnt have high expectations when I first bought it, so maybe that's why I like it so much.

I like it. I got into it for awhile but I haven't played it in a long time. Just too many games to play.

It was fun for a short while. I'm glad I rented it. It just gets old. They should have minigames of some kind incorperated.

If you count the "Crazy Box", then there are about 9 mini-games.

I also really enjoyed this on the DC. I've heard the ports of it aren't even as good as the original DC version.

I enjoyed this game. I had it for about a year now, and every now and then I'll play a few rounds of the 5 minute course.

I bought both of the Dreamcast versions and they were fun. Its kind of mindless fun, but its a great way to kill an afternoon.

For 8 bucks, it's a good way to kill time every now and then. Once you get good at the "crazy drift" and the "crazy dash" the game is more fun... plus when you start to know where everything is it gets better too. Just something to do - If I had spent 40 or 50 bucks on it I'd be a little more critical.
