Does anyone know of a comparison of how different DVD players play MP3 material?
I was thinking about my next DVD Player. One thing I want in it is MP3 playback.
A friend of mine has the Panny CV-51. It plays back MP3's, but not what I would call well. There is no menu or sorting by artist, just a numeric listing.
Another friend has the APEX 1000. The MP3's are all listed on screen, in sub folders with the correct titles and everything. I definitely like that better.
Is there a breakdown anywhere that would tell me which players work like the APEX and which ones work like the Panasonic?
If not, maybe we could start a survey here of players.
