Best Buy rebate problem - anyone else?
Hi everyone, I got the IBM webcam on black Friday from Best Buy (free after rebate).
Well I'm going to fill out the form, and you know how you must follow directions to a 'T' or they won't give you the money? Well one of the requirements is the completed IBM registration card. Guess what? No registration card was in the box. I called the BB rebate center, and they told me to call IBM at 800-254-1422. I did, and it is a clusterf**k. There is absolutely no one to talk to and you can't even leave a voice mail because the schlep's VM box is full.
Anyone else have this problem and get a solution? I'm trying for 2 more days and then I'm going to my state's atty office. This is fraud, IMO.
