Batman Vengeance Help
Playing on the Gamecube --
I am on the roofs and beat up the dude in black with a gun. Won't let me cuff him. Then I climb up the latter and it does some cimeatics to show me where I go next. The flashing grappler thing is not going, nothing to grapple. I tried gliding over to the building (which I did already in the same level before) but end up falling down. Am I doing something wrong here / missing something?

After you beat up the baddie and climb the ladder, are there two gargoyle heads? If so, stand on the second one and quickly double tap the jump button. You'll glide right on over to the next building.
