I'm think of ordering some "Doctor Who" from them that cam eout last summr( in July). I have not been able to find these books are Waldenbooks and Barnes and Noble. Does anyone in the US know how long it takes them to ship to the US? Does it take longer after September 11,2001? I ordered from a long time ago before September 11,2001 and it took the package a week to reach me.

Anybody know how long it takes to from order from them in US? Was it a longer or shorter deilvery time?

I have ordered often from Amazon.com Uk and I live in the States.Usually takes a week.I had two separate orders sent to me on the same day,received one a week later,still waiting on the other one,so far its been 5 days since I received the previous order.

I ahve ordered import cd's from the english site many times and usually get the goods within a week.plus the exchange rate is usually less than if I bought from the us site and had to wait a month becuase the cd is an import..go figure

Another thumbs up for Amazon.co.uk from me. Shipping is consistently quick (5 - 7 days), and the conversion prices are competitive with U.S. prices. Of course, the true benefit is that they have loads o'stuff you can't get around these parts.

Another thumbs up from me.I ordered a DVD from them over two weeks ago,never received it,they sent me a new one within 36 hours and the very next day,I received the original package in the mail.They told me to keep both because the shipping costs would be too much.
