wishes it was shanghai warrior so that I could set my rocket launcher on nuke and get even for the stickybomb.

Is scorpion the rocket launcher?
The only flying machines I was able to control during the game were the Ghost and the one man flying machine, think it is called Patriot or Banshee or something like that.

There's a huge section in the snow level where you drive this tank, for what felt like 20 miles. You probably saw it but thought it was just a damaged vehicle you couldn't interact with.
