Bjork's Vespertine DVD-Audio not full rate?

I just got it in the mail today and was listening to it. When I checked the sound the player said P.PCM 5.1 48Khz/24bit. Ususally it says 96/Khz for the dvd-audios. I switched to the dvd-audio stereo track, which should be 128Khz, but that also said 48Khz. Wasn't this mastered at the full rate for some reason? It still sounds great, but that's pretty weak, since the higher rate is the whole advantage of dvd-audio. Anyone else notice this?
