I just got mine for $39 at my local Target. Most are already sold out. Some have reported getting them for $19. Call your Target!

Good luck finding a Target that still
has any though...none of the ones in
the Bay Area seem to have any.

"Nice deal if you can get it"

I don't have any Targets here (frickin sticksville ), so I had my sister call the 11 (!) Targets in St. Louis for me. Not one of them had any left. Ended up buying a new system on ebay for $52.00. Not too shabby, I guess.

Just called about 20 targets in a 250 mile radius, none to be found. 1/4 of the clerks seemed asleep, 1/4 were "Dreamcast?" and half of them said "Discontinued, discounted, and sold out"

I just went to CompUSA and they had Crazy Taxi for $9.88. They didn't have any on the floor, but they had a bunch in the back. Not bad, since it goes for about $13 used.

Just as bad as mine... "I started here 4 months ago and haven't seen one, I think they was discontinued." Thanks, walking away and he calls, "You best to try some pawn shops if you want it!"

Save the locals a trip: A call to the nearest target revealed none in stock.

I'm in San Luis Obispo, CA; I think the store is in Paso Robles, but I might be mistaken. It was the only one in the phone book.

Guy was very helpful:

"Hi, I was wondering if you had any Dreamcasts in stock."

"Uh, no, dude, I think they were discontinued."

"Ah, yes, I know, I just wanted to know if you had any in stock."

"Man, they stopped making those!"

"Yes, I'm aware of that; So, I'm guessing you don't have any around? Y'know, left over? Discounted heavily?"

"No, they stopped selling that thing. The company isn't making it any more."

"*sigh* Thank you."

Sad thing is, in his tiny little mind, he probably thinks I'm the idiot.

Ah, just kidding, guy might be a rocket scientist who never played a video game. Well, maybe not a rocket scientist. Maybe a toy rocket scientist. Maybe.

If your local Target is not too far away, you might consider just driving out. I found 3 at local stores in Charlotte, N.C. When I called the stores ahead, the clerk said that they did not have any.
