i feel dumb asking this but with all the release dates set back when are the gamcube and xbox being release?

there are alot of rumors from different sites saying that the GameCube might come earlier (like the 13th or 14th)

I asked my local EB about it and the manager said that it's still dated for the 18th but he has been given a head's up from upper management that if they come early... go ahead and give out the cubes to the people that pre-ordered.
