I'm pretty much waiting for the gamecube to come out and I'm looking for some simulation games to help wait. Any good suggestions? I've seen some games like Gangstas, Pizza Tycoon, but are they any good. BTW, I already have the Sims and it got old after many many hours.

RollerCoaster Tycoon is a blast.
They just released a demo for Zoo Tycoon which is very similiar, so if a Zoo's more your thing, check it out.
