When, when, when is it coming out? I've read posts here, read other sites, and still I can nail down the exact date. Next Tuesday? Thursday? Friday?

ebgames.com says it ships tomorrow; so probably in-store at EBs on Wednesday. Sunday's Best Buy ad lists it (and the Tennis 2K game) at $39.99, but you get a $10 gift-card sent in the mail when you buy it. So your final cost should be $29.99 plus tax.
