Having a problem with Sosa High Heat Baseball

After a long time of playing perfectly fine (months), my PC version of Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball is giving me greif.

Whenever I try to load it up lately, it gives me an error message and won't load.

"HH2001 caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL. HH will now close."

It then tells me to try to restart, but that never does squat. I have taken the CD and tried it on another computer (at work) and it loads up and plays fine. So it seems to be something with my new computer. I'm not supposed to be playing games at work, so I need to get a fix on my home computer.

Can anybody help me solve this problem? Thanks.

I think you need to update DirectX on your computer.
