Empty DVD cases?

Anyone here ever bought a DVD, taken it home, opened it up, only to find no DVD inside? Is this a common thing? I ask because it just happened to me. My Army of Darkness LE Director's Cut had nada, zip, zilch inside (well, except for a chapter list). I know, I know, you're asking, where did you buy it. Well, I bought it over Ebay from a VERY respected seller, one whom I HIGHLY doubt is ripping me off (He's sold many others without complaint, and has a very high feedback rating. In other words, I trust him). More likely, it was a problem on the assembly line or something. Any ideas what I should do? I've already emailed Anchor Bay, and am currently awaiting a response. Just curious...
