Review Wanted: Fright Night

Just ordered this disc from DDD. I haven't seen it in years and years. Some have said that they simply don't make horror movies like this one anymore.
What do you think?

A must for any horror fan!

It's true, they don't make horror films like FRIGHT NIGHT anymore. It sports a beautiful WIDESCREEN transfer with an impressive 2.0 surround track. Tom Holland's direction is first-rate as are the effects and scares. An even blend of fright and humor gives this film an appeal far greater than most of this genre. Sure it's an 80's film, but you'll have no trouble seeing beyond that and basking in the splendor of a modern classic.

It's definitely one of the best around, IMHO. I've always liked this movie, except for the whole nudity scene with Amanda Bearse
