Are competitions here open to overseas people?

It doesn't say "only open to residents of the USA" but it also doesn't provide space for a country (only state). So is the competition open to anyone?

The giveaways are open to oversease people, and we have had a good number of people from many contries

Our rules state 'Contest void where prohibited.' So we're pretty much leaving it up to you to know if giveaways or sweepstakes are void in your country (I think there are a few countries which the giveaways are not permitted in, but they are pretty obscure)

All you need to do is add the country when you enter the state.

IE - London, England

When we select the winners (by a random script) we send out e-mails to the winners and get complete mailing information to send the prizes out.
