Life of Brian
This film looks appealing, and looks funny. It's Criterion so it's got extras, but is it anamorphic?
I'd like to get opinions on the film as well!

The film really is hilarious. It might grate on the nerves of the devout a bit, but I think it's actually more funny the more you know about Christianity. It's typical Monty Python - very witty, and it actually doesn't run out of steam 20 minutes into the film, like most of today's comedies.
Two thumbs up. Dunno whether or not it's ana, sorry.

I've always believed that Life of Brian was the best Monty
python film, while The Holy Grail is their funniest.
The Criterion disc is friggin' great.
FYI: The song "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" came from Life of Brian. Most people remember that Jack Nicholson sang it in As Good As It Gets. It's from the ending of Life of Brian.
