Twisted Metal Black $29.99 at Target
I found TMB at a local Target for $29.99. I'm not sure if this price drop is national but it might be worth checking out at your local store. The price has not dropped on the website.

Actually it was $29.99 on their website before, so I guess they fixed it. Dunno how it got mismarked before though. Surprised it's marked like that at the store too.
