Just a tad bit insane, even for a zero rated bidder... http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1267780685

Aw man! Well, there was a $10,000 bid on it, I guess the seller realized it was "funny". Now it's not as funny

These two and their price is not surprising. The value of classic games, especially factory sealed ones or ones with original boxes with everything inside of it, are exponentially more valuable to collectors. My bigger question is who in the hell had the forethought to keep these two games in the factory seal?

As for the World Championship thing, that is insane. I can understand that it is rare, but so are many Atari 2600 games and they don't go for nearly the amount this does. I can't believe their reserve was not met. For something this person got for free, he must REALLY be looking for a payoff.

I certainly didn't in the case of FF. Just like the Star Wars toys my mom gave to charity that would have put me through college.

Yeah, my comics may make me rich someday...if I ever decided to start selling them. Seriously though, this person would have to be some sort of Carnac to know that something like eBay would be around over a decade after FF came out. Then again, maybe this person just has a sealer on-site and is screwing the buyer .
