Companies that ignore consumer's complaints.
I've sent some e-mails to Image, Anchor Bay and Tai Seng about some small problems with their product, and guess what? They NEVER answered! It there any other company as senseless as they?

Instead of sending e-mails, try calling.

ctyner is right.
Call them, or write a letter and send it snail mail.
Other companies that doesn't care in my experience (and this would make my post OT) are Hewlett Packard, Creative Labs, and Mitsubishi (car manufacturer).

I agree, I CAN call 'em even if I live in Brazil, but the problem is: it is worth the cost? They will care?

But if you goal is to get something released in a fixed state, that's less likely. At the same time, most manufacturers log complaints and if sales dissappoint and enough complaints appear... the chances of a fix go way up. Also, if a product is of a high enough profile they just might revise it for later release on a small number of strongly dissatified complaints.

In the case of Anchor Bay, I just asked 'em to send me the regular covers of The Beyond and Evil Dead II, so I could take em out of the Tin Editions and store em with my regular editions (I like the Tin Editions a lot, but I found out that is better to store 'em in Amaray cases).

Add Manga Entertainment to the list...their handling of the flawed Wings Of Honneamise has been nothing short of abysmal and amateurish.
