Will XBOX make its launch date?
Recent reports on both IGN and Gamespot reveal problems yet again in Microsofts manufacturing of the Xbox, delays could be in the "weeks" category. Yet microsoft still holds on to its first-week-in-november launch date.
Hello? 11 weeks to go and you still havn't gotten machine #1 produced yet. And you're facing delays!?!
Anyoen else remember when windows 95 came out... in 1996.

while i agree that nintendo knows what they are doing, if there is one thing they are notorious for it is for product delays, however, it does look like the GameCube will be out in time, as for the Xbox...only time, and the Mexicans who are making them will tell.

Yeah... I started it a few weeks ago.
I read in an article that they were planning on launching ahead of gamecube (thus the old thread)... But that was before everyone figured out that this is microsoft we're talking about. That they still don't have even one unit produced, and that this is microsoft.

After Microsoft announced its release date, nintendo decided to release their system 3 days before.
X-Box November 8th, 20+ titles and a dvd drive
Gamecube 3 Days before X-Box, 5 titles.
