I still think that U-571 DTS is easily the most impressive audio presentation; it's very good in terms of video quality and extras, as well. It's also a terrific film, to boot.

DVD Demistified is actually a book about everything that concerns the DVD media in every aspect you can think of. But with the book comes a DVD full of goodies for the DVD enthusiast. You can buy it thru Amazon or through DVD Demystified own website.

Off the top of my head, the DTS soundtrack on Titan A.E. is excellent and the anamorphic transfer is also very good. As previously mentioned Fifth Element is also excellent. Coppola's Apocalypse Now and The Conversation both have a great 5.1 sound design by Walter Murch.
