i used them loads of times before the cc crisis and all my orders were shipped within a day or two but they seem to have not recovered yet! anyone else's orders not been shipped after 1 week or more? oh yeah and both the dvd's were in stock and all it says is proccessing! ill give it two more days and may order somewhere else!!! ABSOUND I AINT HAPPY :-(
