Storm Riders II and Zu: Warriors II?

I read in a Hong Kong movie magazine that they have officially started production on Storm Riders II. Mo Ming (No Name) will be played by Andy Lau with Ekin Cheng reprising his role as Wind. Cloud, however, will be played by Louis Koo (yippie!). Nicholas Tse (Gen X Cops, Time & Tide) will be playing Mo Ming's student and the film's only true villain.
What's up with Zu:Warriors II though? Zhang Zi Yi will be the lead character, but I don't see how they can produce a sequel since the Blood Demon was destroyed in the original Zu. Oh well, I'm just glad that they even started a sequel.

My copy of Zu Warriors just arrived the other day (guess I won't need to watch it all the way to the end now, will I).
